Volunteers – We Need You!
The Piedmont Heights Civic Association is an all-volunteer organization. The Parent Committee is a new part of the organization and with a fast growing population of new families we are excited to meet and welcome neighbors to Piedmont Heights.
We need new neighbors willing to help out, whether they have only a little or a lot of time to devote. You choose your time and we will adjust to your schedule.
There is something on this list for everyone. Are you interested in serving on the neighborhood board? We need board members for the 2018/2019 year.
Social Event planning team and lead (3 to 4 people) – 2 events per year, total autonomy to plan, 10 hours every 6 months.
Neighborhood beautification – Neighborhood island beautification, trash clean up.
Expertise areas – Finance, communications, art, graphic design, web design, real estate, newsletter execution.
Family (Family focus, for PHCA events only) – Face painting, photography, art demos.
Volunteer Coordinator and PHCA Committees coordinator – Work with and help coordinate activities organized by the various committees within the PHCA.
Gotham Way Park, our Parks and Spaces – Maintenance and Upkeep
Annual Meeting Coordinator – Once a Year, 10 hours. The Annual Meeting will be held at Ansley Golf Club this year.
Zoning and planning- Assist our current PHCA Board member team with neighborhood variance requests.
Giving Back – Fire Station 29 and other local organizations.
